Internships / Work Experience Placements

We are currently looking for keen, intelligent, pro-active people with lots of initiative for work experience in our office. If you’d like to gain some experience in the music industry and see the business side of the industry in action then please get in touch. The internship would involve a certain amount of the normal menial tasks such as answering the phone, making tea and filing (as with any work experience) but there will also be opportunities to get involved in project work and other areas of the business. It will give a good insight into how this side of the industry works and be valuable experience to add to your CV.

We are looking for people who have the initiative to really get involved in the areas that interest them and make the most of the opportunity. You really get as much out of the placement as you put in, so we’re looking for people with complete enthusiasm.

We need potential candidates ideally to be able to commit to a minimum period of two or three months. It will take a fair amount of time and training to get up to speed with how the business works so we need people to be able to stay for at least this long to make it worthwhile for both parties. Part-time internships are possible (e.g. 1-2 days a week), although if this is the case we would expect people to stay for a longer period of time.

The internship would be unpaid and at present unfortunately we can’t cover travel expenses either, although it is possible we may be able to do this in the future.
