Stephen says;
Alongside my long-standing work with artists, record producers and international music projects, I work with a small number of organisations, founders and cultural initiatives on the broader strategic side of music.
I’m particularly interested in work that sees music as a cultural ecosystem rather than simply a release-driven business. I want to help people build the environments in which music and culture can thrive, not just the projects themselves.

My role is generally to help join the dots, bringing experience, perspective and trusted connections to projects that sit at the intersection of music, culture and wider opportunity. The focus is on helping people think long-term, connecting creativity, culture and the right networks to build projects that feel authentic, sustainable and globally relevant.

Areas I tend to get involved in include:
-Shaping music and cultural ecosystems
-Connecting projects with international collaborators and partners
-Strategic positioning for artists, labels and creative ventures
-Advising on collaborative platforms, live concepts and cultural initiatives
